Teen-y Tara

Tara Reid is not a hot mess – we’re just saying. She’s more like a full-on mess, one that wants to dress like she’s 15. Tara was wearing a bell-baring t-shirt and ragged jeans when she had lunch at the trendy Fred Segal in West Hollywood yesterday. Tara came out of the joint smiling for the paparazzi and clutching a bright purple Louis Vuitton purse. Tara, Tara, that purse is for teens and early-20′s, why oh why are you carrying it? We’d love to see Tara grow up in her fashion style. Maybe then she could get some work.
