Moore of Mandy

After a day of bargain hunting, Mandy Moore and a friend decided to have a nice lunch at Tere’s Mexican Grill. Mandy looked less smiley, but still cute as she headed to have her hair done after lunch at the Bungalow salon in Beverly Hills. That must of done the trick because her face brightened up for our photographer! We’re happy to see you too Mandy!
