Tamera Mowrywas sans twin sister Tia as she attended the Red, White and Blue Summer Oasis Party at a Private Residence in Hollywood Hills, CA. Tia recently got married, so we understand why she wanted to stay home and skip the festivities. Still, we wish Tia had been there to talk Tamera out of that ugly orange contraption she was wearing.
