Paris Hilton, along with her terrible extensions and strange posture looked a bit down-trodden and bewildered as she arrived at Coco DeVille Nightclub in West Hollywood the other night. We wonder how she made it through the night when it started out so bad for her. Maybe her prototype boobs buoyed her spirit’s a little.
