We’re totally with Joy Behar on this one – it’s just a mite bit creepy the way that Miley Cyrus hangs on to her papa Billy Ray Cyrus all the time. Oh well, maybe that’s how they do it down south….or in Toluca Lake, where we took these fotos. Miley and her dad, along with mom Tish Cyrus and her younger sister Noah headed to City Wok Chinese restaurant to celebrate Billy’s birthday yesterday. Inside, Miley looked a bit bored as she busily texted some friends, but her eyes lit up when she was given a baby to hold.
