Rachel in Puppy Love

Rachel Bilson went for the casual look yesterday when we spotted her out walking her dog. We know that Rachel hates to be photographed, so we can appreciate that she takes her pooch out for a stroll anyway. Rachel was also the responsible dog owner, as you can see with the little black plastic bag she is carrying. Her hair looks wild and crazy, but we kinda like seeing the Jumper star looking frazzled!
