Selena’s Sunny Afternoon

Selena Gomez is currently starring as Alex Russo on the Disney Channel Original Series, Wizards of Waverly Place, and by no means do we think that she’s hit her high point. Selena is going to be around for a looong time, we predict. She’s part of Disney’s new stable of stars along with her BFF Demi Lovato, though we do hope that her career looks more like Hilary or Hayden and less like Lindsay. We saw Selena out with her mom, Mandy Teefy and her step dad, Brian Teefy, and a friend yesterday in West Hollywood. The family was attending a gallery show at the Pop Factory Gallery for Fine Art. Selena smiled and was very friendly as she waited with her family for her car in her little black dress. She gave her peace sign and stated that she has her own peace sign unlike that of Miley Cyrus. Well, good for you Selena, because we were getting sick and tired of Miley’s. Selena at one point looked adoringly up at her step dad. Aw, how sweet. We predict good things for you, Selena, as long as you keep your head on straight!
