The Law Applies To Everyone!

Lauren Conrad was out in Beverly Hills today shopping at Barney’s. She dragged out her latest haul and drove off into the sunset.

By the looks of this iconic photograph, she totally forgot about the new Cell Phone Law that went into effect earlier this week. Lauren, the law applies to everyone!
