Be still my heart! It takes all the strength we can muster not to drool on the keyboard. Our Photographer got some EXCLUSIVE (and sexy) fotos of actor Penn Badgley as he poses with fans and walks to the Gossip Girl set filming at R & L Restaurant in the Meatpacking District New York. We will not hear a bad word said about this fine, FINE looking man, so don’t you dare even think about it!
