Soccer in the States
Why did soccer never quite catch on in America? We blame the scoring – Americans like to see constant scoring, and 3 or 4 goals a game just ain’t enough. So that’s why people like Paolo Maldini can still walk down the streets of America without being mobbed by hundreds of fans. Paolo is an Italian footballer who plays for Serie A A.C. Milan, and he is really super talented. He spent some time in New York City recently, where he met our photographer on a stroll through Soho after visiting Foot Locker.
