How is That Dress Staying Up?

Professional poser Bai Ling had dinner at Mr. Chows Restaurant in West Hollywood, California last night. Now, we’re wondering how that works. Does she have a friend who gets her free grub? Or perhaps she just picks off other people’s plates. Because seriously, if this chick is shoplifting magazines and batteries, we’re not sure how she could afford a dinner at Mr. Chows. Maybe she just ordered water? Bai smiled as she left the restaurant in her super-low dress.
