Adrian Can Go All Night

Entourage is back filming, and the star of the show, Adrian Grenier, is back to what he does best (off camera at least): hitting all the hot clubs! Adrian partied at Foxtail Lounge in West Hollywood last night. He was still looking all sorts of fresh and ready to go when we caught him grabbing his car from valet. The last time we saw Adrian he was looking tired and run down, but here he looks peppy as ever even after he partied the night away. Glad to see his stamina is back up!
