California’s national treasure Phoebe Price made a regular appearance the other day – what DOES this woman do other than pose and shop, pose and shop? We do love her though, in an Amanda Lepore-ish kinda way. Phoebe went for a bit of shopping along the trendy Robertson Blvd in Beverly Hills, California.
