MALIBU SURFERS ATTACK THE PAPARAZZI!!

What happens when you mix drunk surfers and the paparazzi on a hot gorgeous summer day? You get major trouble and that is what happened yesterday at Point Dume.

This is just about the most disgraceful story that we have heard of all week. Not only is this story shocking, but it will be picked up all over the world.

Is it really worth getting into a fight over a photograph? This was clearly a gang mentality in a beautiful and wealthy neighborhood. WHAT DOES THIS SAY ABOUT OUR SOCIETY?

Get this, the surfers in Malibu were not amused that the paparazzi were taking photographs of Matthew McConaughey on a PUBLIC Malibu Beach. Not only were they not amused, but the surfers were drinking on a PUBLIC beach and they proceeded to physically attacked the paparazzi!

First things first. Do not let anyone tell you that a beach in Malibu is private. The California law clearly states the area between the low tide and high tide is public. There is no issue of a trespass here.

The issue here is why the local Malibu Sheriff is not enforcing a no drinking policy on the beach? There have been rumblings about Malibu trying to launch, with the aid of Ken Starr, an anti paparazzi ordinance. Well it will never happen. As long as the paparazzi are obeying California law, they are entitled to live and work in Malibu.

Matthew is a big boy and can take care of himself. This was just a case of drunk and bored kids trying to blow off steam.

Anytime you drunk, pudgy surfers want to go one on one at a Malibu Town Hall meeting, we will see you there any day of the fucking week. We can get Ted Kopel to moderate!

So go out and enjoy this beautiful Sunday. If you are taking fotos in Malibu, just be careful. At the end of the day a photograph no matter how important is NEVER worth physical violence.
