The Camera Shows All

And we thought Eva had some issues with her dress. Fergie takes misstep to a whole different plateau with her dress and makeup at the Cartier Loveday Celebration in Bel Air. The dress, by independent label Derecuny, isn’t awful. It could be really great and modern if used as an evening jacket of a short black dress or with great grey or black skinnies. But worn belted, as Fergie does here, it just looks like a printed sack, and the shape will never do anyone a favor. And Fergie’s makeup is a tragedy. Maybe her makeup came off with sweat or something, but she looks tired, old, and just unfortunate here. Too bad – Fergie usually has a great presence on the red carpet. This goes to show that the camera is never a liar. We don’t airbrush either.
