Evan Tries To Accesorize

Scarves in the summer aren’t really worthy accessories. Evan Ross didn’t get the memo, obviously. The young actor and celebspawn channeled Ms. Cleo circa ’99 when he had dinner at Madeo’s Restaurant a few nights a ago. We love a nice scarf every now and then, but they’ve been tucked away until winter. We advise Evan to do the same.
