James Duer of Elite Model Management played Blake Lively’s lifeguard on the set of Gossip Girl, which was filmed at the beach yesterday in New York. You might recognize James from his stints in ad campaigns for Abercrombie & Fitch and Ruel No. 925. In the scene, James doesn his best to pick up Blake. If Blake turned him down, we’re sure that there’s a line of ladies waiting to be next.
