You need to be in charge and better make sure that someone is whipping, prodding and beating your work around the clock and in fifty counties! Yes, this is a global industry.

Make those fotos sing and dance for you. Most importantly is the management of your archive. If you did your homework properly and studied the trends and markets, your archive should support you through the golden years.
