Papa Cyrus Sans Miley

Country crooner and famous papa Billy Ray Cyrus made a surprise guest appearance on the Regis and Kelly show to promote his new show Nashville Star yesterday in New York City, New York. Billy Ray Cyrus also made news by recently commenting on the semi-nude photos of daughter Miley Cyrus that appeared in Vanity Fair. Apparently Billy felt there was nothing he could have done to prevent the fotos. Um, okay. Billy seemed to be in a good mood yesterday as he signed autographs for fans.
