Phoebe Doesn’t Have Cellulite

Phoebe Price was eager to prove to photographers yesterday that the tabloids were wrong about her. While shopping and having lunch with her mother yesterday in Beverly Hills, Phoebe said that she didn’t have the cellulite that magazines love to point out about stars in their bathing suits during summer. Then she showed us that she didn’t have any on her thighs (which was particularly easy in a short, but terribly cute minidress). Leave it to Phoebe to steal the show and look breathtaking in a foto.  This one is lovely.
