Horsey Hil

Hilary Duff got her shop on for dresses while wearing a scarf and sandals on trendy Robertson Blvd yesterday in Beverly Hills, California. We usually love Hilary but we think she’s looking quite royal in this foto – reminds us of Charles’s little friend Camilla Parker Bowles a bit.  Of course we’re kidding.  We love Hil and think she’s classy and a fashion plate to boot.  Love ya, Hilary.
