Blake Lively, who plays Serena van der Woodsen on Gossip Girl, suffered her own version of Beatlemania as she was followed by screaming fans from her trailer to make-up outside the Cooper-Hewitt Museum on Fifth Avenue yesterday in New York City, New York.Ã‚Â We LOVE the foto below, it belongs in a museum.
