Joan Jett 1977

We knew when we took this foto thirty years ago of Joan Jett on Santa Moncia Blvd standing in front of the Pleasure Chest that this would be a memorable moment. Part of it was capturing a moment during a special time, but it was also Joan’s talent and incredible beauty. We were great pals with Joan and hung out and took photos all the time. Joan at the time was in The Runaways and had been discovered by producer Kim Fowley and legendary music manager Toby Mamis. We have not seen Joanie in probably 25 years, but we hope to see her soon. What does this have to do with paparazzi. Nothing, we just want to share with you the foto and get some feedback.
