Hilary Duff was out today in Beverly Hills taking a stroll. When we look at this photograph it really looks like she is out to have her foto taken promoting her handbag. Could this be possible? So whose bag is it anyways?

It’s new Prada
First, how can any one even ask “whose bag is it”?!? Duh its PRADA!!!! Secondly the bag is not new. Its actually a few months old. The bag came out around late January early February.
