Icons In The Making

We love to present you all with the most artistic, iconic fotos that we can each day of the week. While we do this, we feel that it’s important to present you fotos of the industry that we work in – press, advertising, publication – and show you fotos of us all in this industry working together. We were lucky enough to gain exclusive access to the set of the shoot for Maybelline’s new ad campaign featuring German supermodel Julia Stegner. The campaign was shot in Jersey Street in New York City, and we got to stay and watch the whole campaign unfold – from the time they started getting her hair ready, shipping her trailer to trailer, to the point when they laced her up in that fantastic black Balenciaga dress and began to shoot. We love this set by Christopher Peterson, one of our fabulous New York photographers. This set really shows what we really mean when we tell you that paparazzi is truly an art form!
