Gimme More Miley!

Miley Cyrus is everywhere! Yesterday, she was out taking her friend Mandy Jiroux and her mom Tish Cyrus out to dinner at Ivy Restaurant in Beverly Hills. Miley was carrying a Baleciaga bag, and Mandy must love designer accessories just as much as Miley considering that she toted around a hug Louis Vuitton bag throughout the evening. Miley was all smiles, as usual. she really seems to be enjoying her current success.
