Nicky Hilton Does Routine Upkeep

Nicky Hilton was out in Beverly Hills yesterday doing some routine maintenance on her nails at Nails Design on Wilshire Boulevard. It was pretty clear that Nicky did not want to be seen while she was having her relaxation time. Even as she had her nails tended to, she talked on the phone and wore her sunglasses the whole time. Her sunglasses are by Moschino and her black bag is by Balenciaga.
