Nicky Hilton Says Happy Birthday

Nicky Hilton joined Paris Hilton at Orso Restaurant in Beverly Hills yesterday to celebrate their mother Kathy Richards’ birthday. We took some fotos of Nicky as she headed speedily for the restaurant. She continued her winning-style streak yesterday, lookingÃ‚Â stylish in black leggings, a white tank accented with a bow (is that Chanel?) a great designer frame bag, and a pair of Chanel pumps.
