Ashlee Simpson Is All Smiles

We don’t know what’s up with her, but as she left Cafe Med yesterday in Los Angeles, Ashlee Simpson was full of smiles. Is there a secret that we’re not in on? She was out with all of her friends, having a great time, and smiling for our cameras. She was also sporting some new ink on her wrist that we’ve never seen before.  Her boyfriend, Pete Wentz of the po-punk band Fall Out Boy, was nowhere to be seen, but we don’t think it means anything. Hey, every girl is entitled to a day with just friends. She carried a large Dolce & Gabbana Allyson bag, and walked around in a fabulous blue pair of Yves Saint Laurent Tribute sandals. Maybe the smiles are due to the success of her new single, “Outta My Head (Ay Ya Ya)”. What do you think of the single? Stuck in your head or just more pop ya ya ya (blah blah blah)?
