Paris Hilton was not a happy camper when we caught up with her leaving a beauty salon on Melrose Boulevard on February 11, 2008 in West Hollywood, California. We hope that this didn’t have anything to do with her recent not-so-successful movie The Hottie and the Nottie. Paris is wearing a Powerpuff Girls shirt, and everyone knows how kick-butt they can be. Guess we’ll steer clear of Paris till she cheers up.
