Almost There, Lindsay

Lindsay Lohan was looking better last night at the 3rd Annual Los Angeles Italia Film, Fashion and Art Fest in Hollywood, California. For one she wasn’t wearing leggings and she seems to be putting her self-tanner on a lot more evenly. She’s improving though and for that we applaud her! We’re fairly sure that Lindsay’s dress is by Chanel – if it isn’t, please tell us. What do you think of Lindsay’s look – is it getting better or not?
