Courteney Cox went out for dinner with husband David Arquette at STK Restaurant on February 15, 2008 in West Hollywood, California. David wasn’t very happy to see photographers and tried hard to cover his eyes from the camera flashes, but he was willing to sign autographs. We think it’s nice that the couple was having a post-Valentines dinner date. David looks good here in his suit – nothing like some of the red carpet disasters we have seen him in before!
