Remember country singer Billy Ray Cyrus? He had that hit single “Achy Breaky Heart”. Well here he is enjoying a gorgeous sunny day in Central Park in New York this weekend. Billy Ray was with two of his children, Noah and Brandi while Miley relaxes before her show at Nassau Coliseum with the Jonas Brothers. We wish we were in NYC too!
