L.A. Double Standard?

Is there a double standard in L.A. when it comes to celebrities and their children? How is it that everyone gets carded when they arrive at a nightclub or bar in L.A? Everyone that is except for 19 year Rumor Willis? Are we missing something here? By the way, where are the parents and something called parental supervision? Great photo Mr. Nunez.
