HILARY DUFF & HAYLIE DUFF at Monday Hollywood hotspot Joseph’s last night

Who is that gorgeous guy on the left hand corner of Picasso’s perfect photo? Hilary Duff needs to date THAT GUY! My spy guy at Joseph’s told me that Frankie Delgado was also in tow with Hilary and Haylie but alas, “they were not affectionate.” Poor Hilary. No one warned her that dating is a Kafkaesque nightmare in this town. Shortly after leaving Joseph’s, Hilary and Haylie went to Hyde Lounge and hobnobbed next to Andy Dick and Slash. Slash was there celebrating his 42nd birthday. I am very surprised he didn’t throw his party at The Rainbow Bar & Grill. It’s so much more laid back and fun there. And he has his own table dedicated to him!
