Where Are The Parents?
What is going on here? Rumer Willis is 18 years old. She is smoking and leaving Hyde, which is a 21 year old and over nightclub, late last night. Remember that this was a school night too. Where are the parents?

rumer is 18. she is not in school. she went to usc and dropped out. hyde is not a 21 and over club. many of the hollywood hotspots are considered restaurants that serve liquor for the very reason that under 21 young hollywoods can enter.
