Katie Holmes Lunches At Ivy

Katie Holmes without Tom Cruise, had lunch with a few friends at the Ivy restaurant on Robertson Blvd. When word of Katie reached the Paparazzi they swarmed the restaurant and worked themselves into a frenzy waiting to try to get some type of picture. But, on her way out she made it a point to try to give the waiting photographers a nice picture. When it comes to dealing with photographers, Tom and Katie are a real class act.
