Lindsay Lohan Lunches In Hot Pants

Lindsay Lohan had a late lunch at Pastis in the Meat Packing District of New York City. The sexy actress was all smiles as she walked to the restaurant with two male friends. When asked who she favored to win the World Cup she replied, “Brazil!”
