West Hollywood: Jessica Simpson doesn’t seem like she can make up her mind as to what to wear. It was a warm day in LA when she was spotted with a short-short skirt, a designer sweatshirt emblazened with ARMY and snow boots on her feet. Probably her way to support the US troops stationed abroad.
